Gourmet Cedar Grilling Plank is crafted from a solid piece of the finest quality Western Red Cedar harvested only from certified sustainable and renewable forest resources in the Pacific Northwest.  The 100% natural grilling planks are made from all natural untreated wood.

Detailed craftsmanship and quality materials are the main ingredients to every Gourmet Cedar Plank Grilling Set. The custom formed rust-proof stainless steel grilling tray prevents the wood plank from burning up on the grill. When used with the patented grilling tray, the extra thick cedar plank can be used for approximately 20 grillings before needing replacement.

All gourmet cedar grilling planks are packaged with specially sized 4-mil re-sealable soaking bags, planked salmon recipes, and instructions.

I just received this gourmet cedar plank set as a Christmas gift from my parents. It is killer! The first salmon fillet we did on the grill turned out fantastic. Best part is that we can reuse the cedar plank over and over thanks to the metal grilling tray. No more Home Depot cedar fencing (with who knows what chemicals). I strongly recommend this product to anyone who loves salmon!

I cooked on my first cedar plank last night and I am still in awe. I have never tasted salmon this good and I have eaten in some pretty nice restaurants. Your instructions were dead on and it was cooked to perfection. The moistness was killer! The cleanup was easy too. I will try some of your glazes now to add some punch to the dishes. The possiblities are endless with this product. I really look forward to experimenting with it.
