Since we live in the heart of the Washington wine country, I was excited to try out the the wine pairing recommended on the WRG recipes. What really blew me away was when I soaked the cedar plank in wine as recommended by one of the Wild River chefs. I am hooked. I even converted several friends who aren't normally salmon lovers.

Wow! I have never had such moist salmon. The peach recipe was fantastic. And I can't believe I can use the plank over and over. Sure beats burning up a cedar plank and drying out the salmon like past experience with other products.
